Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual Chinese) to join a dynamic team in California. This role is pivotal in supporting the human resources department by managing a variety of responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the employee experience.

Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual Chinese) Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administering employee benefits programs and assisting with open enrollment.
  • Managing employee records and maintaining data accuracy within the HRIS system.
  • Conducting employee relations investigations and providing support for conflict resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Contributing to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual Chinese) Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Work Hours: 8 am, -5pm, 100% Onsite
  • Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Additional Details:

  • Pay Range: $24.00 - $36.05 per hour
